This Leadership - Three Bootcamp Bundle includes registration for three separate 2-day bootcamps, Leading with Impact, Crucial Conversations, and Leadership in Action. Each bootcamp is also available for stand alone registration at the price of $1,499 each, so purchasing this limited time only bundle will provide a savings of more than $500.
Leading with Impact - Communication & Influence Essentials (February 26-27, 2026)
The Leading with Impact Bootcamp, the first in our Leadership series, will provide the learner with a strong foundation in supervisory fundamentals by developing self-awareness, understanding management vs. leadership, and mastering essential communication skills that create clarity and drive performance. Learners will discover what truly drives behavior and learn practical strategies to maintain you own motivation while inspiring and energizing your team through recognition, goal-setting and meaningful work connections. They will also develop the ability to influence without authority by building trust, leveraging persuasive communication, and navigating stakeholder relationships to drive results and lead change across the organization. Finally, they will master the art of delivering confident, engaging presentations by learning strategic preparation techniques, compelling delivery methods, and how to design visuals that enhance your message and captivate diverse audiences.
Crucial Conversations - Mastering Feedback & Navigating Challenge (April 27-28, 2026)
The Crucial Conversations Bootcamp, the second in our Leadership series, will help the learner master the critical skill of feedback by learning to deliver constructive input that drives performance, receive feedback with openness and maturity, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence and skill that strengthens rather than damages relationships. It will provide the learner with the information necessary to multiply their impact through effective delegation while building team capability and maintaining clear accountability that drives results without micromanagement. Then it will show learner how to develop the skills to recognize, address, and resolve workplace conflicts constructively, transforming potential disruptions into opportunities for improved understanding, stronger relationships, and better outcomes. Finally the learner will be taught how to build personal resilience and support team well-being by understanding stress dynamics, implementing evidence-based coping strategies, and creating a work environment that promotes sustainable high performance without burnout.
Leadership in Action - Mastering Collaboration, Problem-Solving & Coaching (June 25-26, 2026)
The Leadership in Action Bootcamp, the third and final bootcamp in our Leadership series, will help the learner develop systematic approaches to analyze complex situations, generate creative solutions, make sound decisions under uncertainty, and implement effective action plans that drive organizational results. It will show the learner how to build high-performing teams by establishing clear roles and norms, fostering psychological safety, facilitating effective collaboration, managing conflict constructively, and leveraging diversity to achieve exceptional collective results. Learners will then be taught how to optimize personal and team productivity by mastering prioritization, implementing effective planning systems, running efficient meetings, and creating sustainable work practices that maximize impact while preventing burnout. Finally, learners will increase their ability to develop others' potential by mastering coaching conversations, using powerful questions, providing developmental feedback, and creating growth opportunities that build capability, confidence, and long-term success.
